Motivating Your People

It's Thursday once again and it's my favorite day of the week.. sa kadahilanang .. dalawang tulog na lang at sabado na!

Meaning... It's Ethan's Day!!!

Anyways,  I would like to share my thoughts and ideas how to motivate people.

Motivating People is not really that difficult.. you just need to know where you stand...Tell your people your expectations and their expectations so that you will  meet  minds.   Remember to tell them the truth and never promise anything na you know you cannot give them.

In motivating people, you should be one of them, wear their shoes and be down to earth, constant communications is very important always ask them how are they and their families doing. As I said, Asking personal question about their family makes them feel that they are not the only important persons but also their families.  If your budget permits, Organize a FAMILY DAY.

But if you dont have enough money you just try to treat your people a nice meals once in a while. Be open and always wear a smile.

And work as a TEAM!  and make them feels that they are belong in your Organization...

These guys are funny and I miss hanging out with them, How i wish I can have dinner again with them.  

Yeah... I knew.. that somepoint in their lives, i've touched their hearts and motivated them sa aking munting paraan:-)
