A Private Company is not a charitable institution. An employer pays his employee with an
objective to do your work efficiency,
You, (employee) was chosen by your employer because
management believe in your skills; you must work for it and follow their
policies.
Always remember that management will not issue a new
policies or memos without the labor’s consent.
Employee! Employee! Please! Please! Don’t be so greedy, stop
comparing with others. Stop complaining. Okey? If you still keep on complaining
and not happy with your company anymore.
RESIGNED! And look for a new employer who will make you
happy and SATISFIED!
