Breakfast! Breakfast! Breakfast!

Hi YAh Mommies:-)

How's your eating habit after holidays?  I'm sure!!! mega dietan na naman kayo no? hehehe.

Share naman your tips on how to lose weight. Me kasi hinde uso sa akin ang diet. I eat anything basta gusto ko:-)

But mommies and Friends if  you're on a diet right now, Please do not skip breakfast, always remember that skipping breakfast is not a good idea to lose weight.

Skipping breakfast makes you sleepy and unproductive.  If you want to start your day to be a good one Eat breakfast, I'm sure you  will do better at work and school

Diba nga nung bata pa tayo pag may exam dapat kumain ng almusal para daw may masagot sa exam.


Wag ng tamarin mommies:-) Cooking breakfast is fun..you can cook anything for you and for your families... tingin-tingin din kasi sa ref pagmay time, Im sure may tira-tira doong ulam. hahaha!

And my new discovery...  burger patty with olive oil and oyster sauce

ingredients:

ground prok
eggs
black pepper
salt
fishsauce
sosauce
virgin oil\oyster sauce

add garlic and onions
DYAARRAAANNN!!!!




YUMMYNESS!!!
