Do you have business? If yes, please do not forget to renew your Business/Mayor's permit.
In my experienced this year in renewing our permit, I can say that this year was much better, (thanks to the new administration).
In renewing your permit, the requirements are:(For Paranaque City)
1. Photocopy of Baranggay Permit (bring also original for verification)
2. Photocopy of last year's Mayor's/Business Permit
3. Photocopy of last year's Official Receipt of Mayor's/Business Permit
4. Photocopy of Lease Contract (if you renting your business building)
5. Photocopy of Official receipt of Real Tax of your place (if you own the pbusiness bldg)
6. Photocopy of F/S or 2550M/2550Q for 2011/2012 and 2013
Procedures:
1. Get Application form in the INFORMATION located at the ground floor of Paranaque City Hall.
2. Secure a Comprehensive General Liabilty Insurance from accredited Insurance Company. (You can choose any insurance at the ground floor of city hall, premium is based on the sqm. of your building)
3. Fall in line for assesment.
(CEDULA AMOUNT =Total Annual Sales / Php5,000.00 x Php2.00 + Php500.00)
5. Pay the Mayor's /' Business Permit in Cashiers at the Treasury Department also at the ground floor)
You can pay in cash or Manager's Check with Payee: City Treasurer of Paranaque)
