Thanks for the Great Ten Years. KA

Dear Knighters,

After ten(10) years and two (2) months working  in Knight Auto Engineering Phils., Inc.  I am officially Signing - Off.  Leaving in this company is not easy for me, as you may know, I am one of the pioneers of this organization and I truly loved starting, running and living Knight Auto.

I remember the first time I stepped-in in the company last 2004,  Knight Auto has 4 machines, The Lathe Machine, the Milling Machine, The Mori Seki and 1 Fanuc Machine and  One Profile Projector.  The office area was 224 sq. meters.  And I am the 13th employee and I must say that 13 is my lucky number why? Because I am the oldest employee here :-)  (In terms of tenure dude!) And at 34 years old, Knight Auto gave me the privilege to be one of their Top Management.  How time flies so fast, right?  

I think the machines quadrupled... the office/ production was doubled... and the employees were already 61 plus we had already foreign employee. Trainings now for Production and QC are pouring. I can say that Knight Auto is getting bigger and bigger.

From assistant to Officer to Manager I am truly blessed. It is an honour to be a part of this organization, it is really a pleasure to be here during it’s  growing  years and during our Ups and downs, I will really miss all the good and great stuff we did here.  

When I interviewed many of you for employment in Knight Auto Philippines, I said: "That you made a right choice" Yes it is true!  Knight Auto will give you an opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge and  Knight Auto will give your family a comfortable life and a good future.

In ten years here in Knight Auto, The Company gave me the best things in life... First, the knowledge and the opportunity to see that life are wonderful and stress is a blessing. They gave me the strength to be a better conversationalist, to know the real meaning of "corporate world”.  They taught me to handle complicated things and I have gained about wisdom and some approaches to solve some difficult problems.  And lastly, the opportunity to meet my better half and buil a family of my own.

It was a pleasure to work with you all.  Sales, Productions,QC, and my Admins. I appreciate your patience in handling my mistakes and mood swings.  

To Sir Rett Bersales.  Thank you for being my father here in Knight Auto.  I am grateful for giving me big responsibilities. I don't really know how to say this but you've been a father to me since day 1 I entered to your room, you are always there to support me.  You are one of the few people I look up and you helped me realize what I am made for and what I am capable of.

Thank you guys! I will miss you all:-)
