Creamy Ham and Mushroom Fettuccine ala crazeemum

I want to share with you my first attempt on cooking a fettuccine.

Creamy Ham and Mushroom fettuccine ala crazeemum

The ingredients;-)

from my christmas basket courtesy of my company

200 g. pasta
1 pack of all purpose crea
cheese (not in photo)
tirang ham noong opasko (hahaha)
I just add the mushroom, butter, garlic,pilve oil, pepper and basil leaves

HOW TO COOK?

1. chop ham and onions  into bits as well as basil leaves.




2.  boil water with a pinch of salt and  2 tbsp of olive oil and cook the pasta for about 8 minutes.  

3.  while waiting for the pasta, start heating the butter and sauteed chopped onions, basil and hams followed by all purpose cream,mushrooms and grated cheese (parmesan is better)salt and pepper stir constantly until butter is melted. (here you can smell the basil)

4, oooppss! don't forget the pasta, drain it and put on a separate serving plate.

5.  put the creamy sauce in a bowl




6. serve! and sprinkle with parsly for cutie presentation

 sa katunayan... yan ang kinain ko sa mgahapon ng januaty 1, 2014:-)
