It's Monday once again.
How was your weekend? I hope you had a fun and very relaxing
holidays.
Mine is good and I can say that "IAM in my old self
again" YEHEY!!!
And it's because of this papers!
These papers are letters from our boss. A result of our
Performance Review It's our increase for this year!
After I distributed the letters and talked with my co- employees I
feel so relieved and the hurt in my heart was gone.
Somehow, I realized that these letters are a reflection of my
abilities as a Leader. It is not important of what you will get financially;
the important is the feelings that some people respecting you and they are
willing to listen to your words.
And now I knew, that the true prize of my hard work are my
people who I thought I motivated but the truth is they are the one who continuously
motivating me.
