How are you? The weather is fine now
but the pork barrel issue is still around the corner!OMG! what to do?
I want to share something... We got our
salary increment this month, At first I was not so happy with the result of my
increase. I can't help but compare my increase with the others. Hinde ako magpapaka ipokrito… I was so
affected!
As the leader, I knew I should be strong and be a model to
the employees dapat hinde ako affected. Pero
naman! Pano ko gagawin yun diba?
So days and week passed! I
even blogged the day I distributed the result of our performance review to my
officemates.
And realized that being a leader is like being a mom… makakain
lang ang anak mo… kahit wag kana.
Sana.. sana lang.. maisip yan ng mga nasa posisyon sa gobyerno
natin.
Back to my increase. When I
got my adjusted salary I wondered… baket, parang walang epekto sa increase ko?
Ang salarin! Ang Witholding Tax ko!!! Kaya sino ang hinde magagalit kung
kinukurakot ng mga opisyales ng gobyerno ang pera ng taong bayan?
Ano ba ang pwedeng gawin ng isang ordinaryong Pilipino?
Ano ba???
