Roasted Pineapple Chicken

Hi Yah Mommies:-)

Crazeemum is enjoying being a Stay-At-Home-Mom.  Thinking of the food you will serve on the sinig table  Is an everyday challenge.

So I bought a lot of cookbook and never get tired of experimenting dishes, in this way I believe that I can be a good cook someday.

And because I am now a stay-at-home-mom, I can now use the oven stocked for so many months in our kitchen... 

First, I tried to roast a whole chicken.

                              

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken

1 small can of pineapple juice

1 small can of pineapple chunks

Pepper and salt

You also  need a clean and sterilized syringe to inject the pineapple juice to the while chicken.

Seasoned chicken with pepper and salt,

then put the chunks inside the chicken

                 

You may also need needle and thread to sew the hole of the chicken then you can now prepare it for roasting.

               

Of course, oven is a must have! A 1 1/2 hours ia an eatimate cooking process for this food roast chicken.

What's wrong with my outfit?

Hi yah 'Mommies:-)

Katatapos lang ng SONA ngayon, aminin natin mga muthers, pag may SONA ang isa sa mga inaabang abangan natin ay ang mga Ternong isusuot ng mga senadora, kongresista at Iba pang panauhing pandangal.

Malamang, iisang pasyonista ang tumatak sa ating isipan ng makita natin ang Terno nyang suot... I'm sure napa... Huh! Ka ng makita mo sya!

                                                

Ayan nagsilabasan na naman ang mga bashers ng senadora. Ang sabi nga nya "sabi ko nga, let's move on sa damit. sa sobrang dami nang problema ng ating bansa, po problemahin pa ba natin yung suot ko na damit?"Baket? Ano ba kasi baket nga ba hinde tayo maka move on sa outfitey Nya ha? 

Nagmukha daw kasing shrek...

                             

Naku senator! Talagang kaprob le problema yang damit Mo...Hinde pa po kasi halloween....

Wag naman kayong ganyan, ayon sa senadora...ang konsepto at disenyo ng kanyang  Terno ay collaboration ng malikhaing isip nya at ni Randy Ortiz..

Is crazeesun's ready for the Big Screen?

Hi Yah Mommies:-)

Did you know that When I got pregnant with Ethan,  We, the crazeepartner are not watching movie na, because We have this guilty feeling na... "kawawa naman si Baby kung iiwan natin?"

So when Ethan turned three, I always tell crazeedud that Ethan is ready for the big screen. Why did I tell this?

First,  Ethan can watch "Real Steel" in the cable.  I observed that he likes robots, and not scared with the effects.  Sometimes he imitates the fight scene of the robots which he usually tagged: "Fighting Robot" He also asked his crazeedud "Let's box daddy! and act as a robot"

Second, He understand the plot, Ethan knows the drama of the little boy with his robot.

Third, during the three day brownout on our place due to Typhoon Glenda, I observed that Ethan is not afraid of the dark... He even had this imagination when he saw his shadow on the wall.  He told his crazeedud.."Daddy, look it's a shadow show!"

Fourth, When I bought I him a Transformer shirt and a bumblebee toy.  He was so happy and like to wear the shirt na, he also asked me "Where is Optimus Prime?" When I answered... We don't have money anymore.  He replied"but I need a fighting enemy"

Fifth, When Transformers were shown. I knew it! It's a perfect first movie for Ethan.

So when crazeedud told us one Saturday afternoon that were going to watch Transformers, I got so excited! He talked to Ethan that were going to a Big Screen, with a very loud sounds and a darker room and He should not be scared.

To make the story short, We went to a movie house, bought him a Hotdog and a bottled water... and Voila!!!

He did it!  He was just sitting in his chair in the entire film.  At first, He always ask his daddy where is Transformers, when his dad replied "You just wait" and he waited patiently...while eating his hotdogs.. and the rest is history.

I did not expect that We will finish the movie but We did!  I am the happiest mommy.  He did not sleep, he just listened and watched!  He even understand the movie  He kept on telling me story until now.. He once told me that "Bumblebee get mad to the other robot" that Optimus Prime was riding in the Dinosaur and and he always imitates the small robot.  Our crazeesun is Bright!

Pagi dish aka Stingray

This afternoon Our food for lunch is this..

That is stingray! Sinigang na Pagi!.. They said... It's yummy! But I disagree... I don't want to eat that! I remember the stingrays I saw in Manila Ocean Park. They were in different sizes, some were small, some were mediums and some were large!  I find them cute and never think that I will eat them someday.

One of the places I will miss in BF Homes is Mary Grace Cafe.  This is my happy place and the most comfortable restaurant here in SM BF. for me, they have the most beautiful interiors and a perfect place for relaxation. Sounds funny ba? 'Right, I will show you how Eating in Mary Grace will make you feel so relax.

Realization of being a Stay-At-Home-Mom and a Housewife

Hi Yah mommies:-)

How are you?

Crazeemum is still alive and kicking! Hope everything's fine, ang lupit ng hagupit ni Glenda ano? Musta na ba ang mga kuryente sa Bahay Bahay natin? Sana ok na lalo na ang mga tubig. My tubig! Naranasan ko Talagang pumila ng more than 3 hours. Typhoon Glenda reminded me na I'm a mom na and I will do anything and everything for my son.

July 16, 2014 marked my 1st day of being a Stay-At-Home-Mom, I can say that YES! I can be a 100% mommy in the house, I can play with my crazeesun all day, I can be with his side always, I can give him a bath, accompany him in the CR when he pee and poo, then I realized na wala na pala akong nagawa sa maghapon... kundi samahan ang anak ko.  I forgot that I am also a wife nga pala! Naku!!! My son has a nanny, to take care of him...  baka mabaligtad ang mundo.. baka asawa ko na ang alagaan nya. Nyek!!!

Ay! nde tama eto:-)

So after a day of my being S-A-H-M . I woke up early and prepared sandwhich for my husband:-) at biniro nya ako "Housewife?"  I just smiled.. then... the day went na I am texting him always, "how are you" san ka na" aalis ka ba" "uwi ka agad" .. at biglang textback ng asawa ko.. "Huwaw! housewife ka na talaga!" Because It's not me. I'm not always texting my husband.. I'll let him.. kahit makipag inuman sya.. ok lang sa akin, wala syang curfew. In other words.. wapakels akong asawa! hahaha!!!  Nah!!! I just trust him so much...

Pero ngayong I'm a S-A-H-M parang I'm always bother na like, when he texted me last thursdays..."Maya maya na ako uwi ha" hala!!! then last Friday he told me "baka may labas kami mamaya ha" Naku! patay na! maloloka ata ako:-(

Being a Stay-At-Home-Mom and a Housewife is very challeging pala! mas mahirap pa sa General Manager ng Kumpanya:-)

The Realization of an Early Retirement

Hi Yah Mommies:-)

Someone's emailed me this:

"Many are saddened by your decision to go and we will miss you.
Thank you very much for your contributions over the years.
We wish you well and every success in your future endeavours"

and this made my day. I am getting closer to my last day of work and made me realized that it will change my life.  

First is the

Freedom - I am now free, free from stress although I am always saying that stress is a blessing because this stress are making me money and this stress is the reason why we have food on the table to feed our little Ethan.  But now that  I am nearing my last day I get easily  pissed off with the problems I encountered with my work, why should I stress myself if I know that I will be leaving soon? besides, crazeedud will still be working so I don't need to worry for our needs.

Forgive me if I may sounds so selfish I am just relaxing and preparing the "new hired guy"  to the stress that he may encounter. I am also in a stage of planning and researching for a perfect business or investment.

Second is the...

TIME - I have now  TIME to do things I want to do. As a member of Top Management in our company, I wear different hats and Time Management is an issue for me, now that I am leaving my work I can now spend a longer time with our crazeesun, I can have time to prepare food for my crazeefumily, I can go on vacation and to see my dad, I can now renew my passport, and have time to visit my mom frequently.  I  can have a longer time to blog and be a serious a blogger:-)  

Third is...

Less Money - Obvious! If I don't have work, I don't have money.  I will miss the yearly increment, the 13th month pay and the bonuses. So I need to adjust to the life I had when I was still working.  But as I said I am in the stage of planning / researching on investing and cooking a business to support the crazeefumily needs.

Fourth is...

PREPARATION - No one is safe! You could be  an employee of the year, But if the bosses hate you for whatever reason.. You're done!  In my case, I am now prepared to face my life after working and contributing for 10 years in the organization I lived.   Of course, I don't know what to expect in the coming days but I know that This early retirement will be a beautiful milestone for me, the Ten (10) years I've spent in my company was a JOY. And I built so much happiness in my life.  

Fifth is...

Discover things -  As I said, I will have a lot of Time, I can go on research and  experimenting a lot of things that will turn to money  that can make my crazeefumily to live a good life or I may say A Much Better Life:-)

Moving forward...

Last month I blogged about the reasons why I will leave my job and I am grateful that so many of you sent messages, called and asked me if I'm fine. Honestly, I am worried about our financial future.  I've  been working since 18 and I can say that I am living a comfortable life, I can eat and buy  things I want and can provide everything for my son.

Now that I am leaving my job, I don't really know what will happen.  Yes, I have plans, actually I am cooking something about a small business and I have also looking for a new job.  BUT....  There's a lot of "what ifs" in my mind... What if?  hinde mag click ang business, what if? hinde ako makahanap ng trabaho what if? hindi ko makasundo ang bago kong boss?  hay.. ang daming tanong.

Please don't get me wrong, My husband can provide our needs and konting luho pero iba pa rin ang may extra diba? 

Anyways, after the blog post about "the reasons why I am quitting my job" my blog jumped to Top63! Unexpected ito, usually my blog is in top 130+++ lang.  0mg! Surprised takaga ako:-) salamat... Salamat sa mga napadaan sa aking blog.

Salamat sa knight auto around the world na sumilip aa aking blog dahil po sa inyo naransan kong mag Top 63. Hehehe!

Counting the days...

Hi yah mommies:-)

The clock says: tik tak!! Tik tak! Tik tak!  This is it! Im just counting the days and ill bid goodbye to my 10 year old career.  Kung alam nyo lang... It's really hard to let go.... I have everything because of this    Job.  Feeling ko, manghihina ako... At panandaliang hihinto ang aking mundo, dahil mahal ko ang trabaho ko at pinahahalagahan ko ito. Kasi... Buhay ko ang trabaho ko.  

Kasama kaya ako sa paglaki nito, sa tuwing ngang naririnig ko ang tunog ng makina, nde ko mapigilang maging sentimental. Gusto ko sanang kumapit ng mahigpit upang hinde mahulog pero may  humihila sa aking pabagsak at nde ko na nakayanan pang umahon.

Kaya sa aking pag alis... Mahirap man ay kakayanin ko. Taas noo pa rin akong lalabas sa pintuang naging bahagi ng buhay ko, sa mga mga kaibigan kong maiiwanan ko... Salamat nawa'y naging parte rin ako ng buhay nyo.

Thanks for the Great Ten Years. KA

Dear Knighters,

After ten(10) years and two (2) months working  in Knight Auto Engineering Phils., Inc.  I am officially Signing - Off.  Leaving in this company is not easy for me, as you may know, I am one of the pioneers of this organization and I truly loved starting, running and living Knight Auto.

I remember the first time I stepped-in in the company last 2004,  Knight Auto has 4 machines, The Lathe Machine, the Milling Machine, The Mori Seki and 1 Fanuc Machine and  One Profile Projector.  The office area was 224 sq. meters.  And I am the 13th employee and I must say that 13 is my lucky number why? Because I am the oldest employee here :-)  (In terms of tenure dude!) And at 34 years old, Knight Auto gave me the privilege to be one of their Top Management.  How time flies so fast, right?  

I think the machines quadrupled... the office/ production was doubled... and the employees were already 61 plus we had already foreign employee. Trainings now for Production and QC are pouring. I can say that Knight Auto is getting bigger and bigger.

From assistant to Officer to Manager I am truly blessed. It is an honour to be a part of this organization, it is really a pleasure to be here during it’s  growing  years and during our Ups and downs, I will really miss all the good and great stuff we did here.  

When I interviewed many of you for employment in Knight Auto Philippines, I said: "That you made a right choice" Yes it is true!  Knight Auto will give you an opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge and  Knight Auto will give your family a comfortable life and a good future.

In ten years here in Knight Auto, The Company gave me the best things in life... First, the knowledge and the opportunity to see that life are wonderful and stress is a blessing. They gave me the strength to be a better conversationalist, to know the real meaning of "corporate world”.  They taught me to handle complicated things and I have gained about wisdom and some approaches to solve some difficult problems.  And lastly, the opportunity to meet my better half and buil a family of my own.
